Sunday – Rest day! Meaning cook day. Lots of recipes done while in Pittsburgh!
Monday – Full work day! 5 or 6 recipes made out in Pittsburgh before being completely pooped after making 37 recipes in a little over a week!
Tuesday – Last Tuesday was the day I left Pittsburgh and since my flight wasn’t until 4pm, I decided to get in a workout in the morning before I left!

Wednesday – Back home! Since it’s always hard getting back into the swing of things at the gym, I went to a 9am workout to get the day going right away!
EMOM For 12: 1 x Hang Squat Snatch, adding. 1st set should be at 65%. – I got to 125#

Thursday – It is absolutely how crazy my squat has become with less lifting. 95# felt like 155#. Sometimes that kind of frustrates me, but I’m just glad to be working out with some kind of weight!

Front Squats: 3 x 10 all sets @ 70%. From floor. (9 mins) – I did all of mine at 95#
