Weekly Workouts – PaleOMG

Well gooooooooood morning! I hope your Monday is off to an awesome start, too! I went to bed at 9pm last night knowing that all I needed to turn around my bad attitude was a good nights sleep and that’s exactly what I got! So I’m ready to take on the day, get some good workouts in after traveling last week, and stay super productive until the very last moment before we leave for our one year wedding anniversary trip in Costa Rica! I’m seriously so excited for this trip and to see what we decide to get into once we get there. We haven’t planned anything other than where we are staying, so we will see what the week brings!

In the meantime, let’s chat about last weeks workouts. They were kind of all over the place. I was actually at a different gym with every single workout I did! And I just recently found that reddit covers all the Orange Theory workouts so I’ll be sure to link those workouts whenever I share my OTF summaries to help you understand exactly what we did that day!

Before I let you go, let’s chat a little bit about motivation this week. Because even I go through those moments of “is this workout and diet thing even working?!” It’s pretty easy to feel like everything you’ve been doing, all the hard work you’ve put in, and every moment you’ve spent working hard just isn’t giving you the results you want. And it can get pretty easy to throw in the towel. But remind yourself – hard work truly does pay off. You may not see your results in a week or a month, but you WILL see the results at some point and those results will…
