I recently had the great pleasure of shooting Jane and Peter’s engagement photographs. They first met right in the middle of Newcastle so they wanted their pictures taken in the middle of the city. We decided to shoot on a Sunday thinking it would be quieter which for the most part it was. Unfortunately though, we had forgotten about the quayside market which was thriving when we headed down in the late morning. Still, it’s good to see local trade faring so well! Not being able to get all the shots originally planed we wandered along to the Millennium Bridge, the Baltic, and then up to the High Level Bridge. It was a warm happy day and we took in most of the main urban sights in the city.
Jane & Peter’s wedding is fast approaching and I’m really excited about some of the couples shots, as I’m bringing sparklers! Gotta love autumn weddings for the early darkness – Jesmond Dene House here we come!
