You know what time it is?! Time to get moving on Christmas Day (or whatever holiday you and your family celebrate)!! This week is filled with Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanza, Boxing Day, and I have no clue what else. I did a quick calendar search and was quite surprised to see that Hanukkah lasts for 8 days. That’s badass. Anywho, holidays usually mean time inside with the family, doing a whole lot of nothing. At least that is our schedule this year. We are going to eat breakfast, clean up, then spend hours putting together a charcuterie board since we are suddenly in a competition with one of our friends. He’s a bit of an architect (kind of, but not really, but I also may not really know exactly what he does for a living), so I’m sure his is going to be outrageous, which means we need to step our game up and go big. Ok back to the point, if you are anything like us, you will be inside eating, watching movies, and whipping up cocktails. And if your gym is closed on Christmas morning, not to worry – you can workout at home in the comfort of your own living room, kitchen, bedroom, or wherever else you see fit! This workout is simple, effective, and will have you feeling happy and excited for the rest of the day! Here’s what it looks like –
